Microsoft Planner

Take the chaos out of teamwork and get more done! Planner makes it easy for your team to create new plans, organize and assign tasks, share files, chat about what you’re working on, and get updates on progress.

Microsoft Sharepoint

Sharepoint is your files, in the cloud.  With this powerful tool from Microsoft you are able to access your data from anywhere but maintain complex controls on permissions and where your data goes.  Access files from your phone, tablet or computer and keep them all in sync, for your entire company.  Think of it like a file server in the cloud, but with A LOT more features.

Microsoft OneDrive

OneDrive is your personal file storage in the cloud.  Users of Microsoft 365 also get their own OneDrive account.  Your One Drive account should be used to store data that only you are working on and not sharing with a larger team (use SharePoint for that).  It’s a simple and easy to use way to get your files into the cloud and accessible from anywhere.
